Suck My Cross
This is a bad attempt at drawing a tattoo for someone. It was too girly, he said. What a manly-man.
hang me
I broke my computer monitor yesterday. I cant really see color properly now. This is supposed to be black and white. It probably is.

These are some random scribblings from work. Done on register tape between customers.

Tagged
Another bad drawing of Lauren.
I've been tagged by Bill Zeman. And although I've been wicked busy working my ass off for peanuts and cocktail wieners, I cant let a tag from Zeman go un... tagged?
Each person who gets tagged needs to write a blog post of their own 6 weird things and clearly state this rule. After you state your 6 weird things, you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names. Don't forget to leave a comment that says "you're tagged" in their comments and tell them to read your blog for information as to what it means.
Here are my six weird things:
1) I accidentally ate my pet snail once.
2) I live with anywhere from eight to eleven people, usually.
3) I might be psychic.
4) I've never used oil paint.
5) I have a fake tooth. In my mouth.
6) I scratch one spot on the top of my head constantly.
And I am tagging:
Lizzifer Seagull, Freddy Boy, Nate Greenwall, Anxious Ben, Constantine the Hunted, Cowboy Willie

This is the newest outfit for your Paper Doll Jeannette. I hope a few of you get the joke. Feel free to mix and match, and add the Paper Bag Mask. She could use it.

Boyfriend #231
I drew this.
In other news, I now have my first full-time job. I press buttons and collect germs. And I get 20% off tofu cubes. Where's my Lifesaver (my mouth feels really dry)?
Look mom, I didnt swear once.

80s
I drew this old lady while watching Harold and Maude (1971). Practicing my wrinkles. She's looks good for 80.
Everyone knows what happens to Maude on her 80th birthday, right?
And this is my 20th Illustration Friday post.

My New Bedroom
I just moved here. I brought my mouse and goldfish, but there is nothing to do outside.

J
This is the sign language letter J. For anyone that hasnt been watching, or came to class late, I've been slowly drawing each of the letters in the ASL alphabet. This one was done in pen and Prismacolor marker. Yes, it's my hand and my sweater.
I finished my last sketchbook December 24th, and this piece was done in my intermediate sketchbook that is way too big for me. It's one of those Strathmore "Windpower Drawing" books and it is 8.5" by 10".

Bzz Bzz Bzz
Here it is. No, it's not Buzz Aldrin. This is my dear friend Jen McMayonaise, drawing her Illustration Friday Buzz entry at a local independent hipster coffee shop called Starbucks. Very authentic 1950's feel. It was founded in 1949 in Norwood, MA.
I was pretty surprised to see that Penelope picked my word again this week (see: Clear), especially because my B.F.F.L.I.R.L. Liz, just had her work up as Pick of the Week.
I dont even know when or why I entered "Buzz." My only answer is: I must have been pretty buzzed at the time. I usually am when I start submitting words. I promise not to enter anymore bizarre inillustratable topics. But I do get frustrated after a few weeks of stuff like Peace and Phoenix. Barf City, U.S.A.
And I'd like to thank the Starbucks guy for all the free stuff.
My 100th Post!
This was a commission from my six-year-old niece. She photo copied it and colored it. I apologize for not having the colored version available.

Christmas Gifts
This should really be titled, "Almost Everything I Got for Christmas." I drew this Christmas day (so I could play with my new markers) and I didn't end up drawing all my gifts. But I did get in the butterfly clip my niece, Lyz, gave me.
In other news, I flew home to Massachusetts today and it was a bumpy ride. I was doodling a bit during a pit-stop, when one of the flight attendants asked me to draw his portrait. Well, first he asked me if the woman sitting next to me was my sister. She wasnt. But I did end up drawing him, off of a little happy-faced photo on his business card. I think he sells juice when he's on the ground.
So, I was hoping to maybe get a free cocktail or an extra bag of peanuts outta him, but there was so much turbulence that the flight attendants had to stay seated the entire ride. One day I'll profit from this little skill of mine, one day.
