Space Pods

Click for HUGE view.

This is a drawing of a small civilization on a planet in space. It was amazingly colored by my dear friend Frank, aka Chris. I would also like to note that that is very much a Zeman inspired rocket up there.

it reminds me a lot of the paintings that you can buy off the street where they use stencils and spray paint to make space scenes. Do you know what i'm talking about?
My parents bought a few in Mexico once.

Fly me to the moon
And let me play among the stars
Let me see what spring is like
On Jupiter and Mars
In other words hold my hand
In other words darling kiss me

(a small tribute to Frank) ;-)

I really like this one. I am fond of representing the idea of an enclosed forest like that. What is the world coming to? Well done.

I like the rainbow- there aren't enough rainbows in cartoons

Love the idea and the colors. The forest reminds me that even if we were to colonize some faraway rock planet somewhere, we would still need a little green to remain sane.

Pretty sharp...yet another style that you have that I enjoy...it has a slight feel to your partner in crime's drawings...
