It's called the Mexican shack, its run by an American girl from yamaguchi-ken. I'm matt, I live in yamaguchi. Yoroshiku.
And yea it's good, best burger in japan !
Haha this is awesome. I happen to love most of the food you drew, except for sea urchin. Like crazy about the root too (lotus root its called :)) Sake is great too!
