Sorry for the lack of updates. This should begin to settle down after the new year. This is a sketch for a comic I'm working on, tentatively called, "I Cant Believe I Realized How Much I Like You After I Moved To Japan."
Rama Hughes and I swapped portraits. It was my prize for winning the Portrait Party contest. My drawing (above) was done in pen and ink with a bit of watercolour. The scan doesnt really pick up all the subtle shades.
This was drawn in a new Bristol spiral bound sketchbook (dont be jealous, Liz) I found at The Mall for 1200¥. And colored with my first Copic marker I bought at the same store. Im not really a big fan of the coloring though, Ill probably stick to my Prismacolors.
My lack of Photoshop is hindering the quality of my posts here. But I did get my scanner/printer to work, so hopefully I'll be more consistent with updates.
